Our Team
RevX was founded by Frank Hanna and Bryan Cogliano – two dedicated and competitively-driven financial entrepreneurs of distinction whose mission is to provide the very best products, services and client experience in an ever-changing landscape. We live out this mission across our team, who share and work from our core values of character, independence and direct honesty.
Frank spent 15+ years within the restaurant/hospitality industry operating several of his family's restaurants and bars in the Fenwick Island, Delaware, Ocean City and Salisbury, Maryland area. In 2007, he launched a financial consulting firm within his family business providing guidance in real estate development, tax management, and private investment.
He has successfully taken his years of experience running his own companies and applied his business acumen and lessons learned to the challenges and concerns his clients face, giving him a unique perspective that most financial advisors cannot offer.
Frank graduated from Salisbury University in 2001 achieving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. He has been recognized within the industry for his production, leadership, and ability to serve his clients in an exemplary manner. In 2014, Frank received his designation as a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). He holds FINRA Series 7, 6, 63, and 65 licenses. He is securities licensed in the states of AZ, CA, CT, DE, FL, MD, MA, NC, NJ, NY, PA, SC, VA and VT. Additionally, Frank carries a license for the following lines of insurance: Life and Fixed Annuities, Accident and Health, Variable Life, and Variable Annuities.
Frank and his wife, Kate, have three children and live in West Chester, PA. Frank sits on the Tidal Health Medical Center Foundation Board of Directors in Salisbury, MD as well as the Board of Limited Jurisdiction for Saints Peter and Paul School in West Chester, PA. Frank is also an active philanthropist and consistent contributor to many organizations including Toys for Tots and the Eagles Autism Foundation.
In her prior position, Elaine was an Associate Vice President for a municipal bond firm in the Chester County area for over 12 years. During that tenure, Elaine started as an Administrative Proposal Specialist completing requests for Financial Proposals to Counties, School Districts, and Government Agencies throughout the United States. After 2 years of service, she was promoted to Associate Vice President in which she began building a relationship with Financial Advisors and Bond Counsel assisting with the structuring and execution of various derivative and investment products for governmental, not-for-profit, and corporate clients in conjunction with Wall Street Firms. She was also responsible for tracking the bond closings and confirming funding of the transactions. At the end of her tenure with the firm, they completed over $32 Billion of Municipal Bond Transactions.

Bryan & Frank Hanna began working together in 2010. They established and formed RevolutionX in 2014.
Bryan is committed to focusing on the needs of family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs; as well as accomplished individuals and professionals. In this capacity, his clientele includes many prominent families, individuals, and professionals in the Delaware Valley, Avalon, Stone Harbor, and Southern Delaware/Eastern Shore, Maryland Region(s).
In 2019, Bryan completed coursework in the inaugural partnership program with The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and the CFP® Board on Client Psychology. Further distinguishing his practice by securing a greater understanding from prestigious Professors on complex subject matter and topics including the neuroscience behind decision-making, behavioral finance, financial biases and behaviors impact on decision-making, and emotional intelligence.
Bryan has personally completed over 1 billion dollars in 1031, DST and alternative asset transactions. With over 22 years of experience, an extensive background in both Estate, Tax, and 1031 Planning, Bryan is a sought after speaker on both Section 1031 exchanges using DST’s and other real-estate, alternative asset, and estate planning topics.
Bryan and his wife, Stephanie, have four children and reside in Paoli, PA and Avalon, NJ. They are actively involved in charitable work at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, The Stone Harbor Museum, and Malvern Preparatory School.
He has spoken at various industry conferences about the use of portfolio rebalancing technology, overseen the inhouse development of rebalancing software and has consulted with technology firms creating rebalancers. One of his larger passions is creating and implementing customized investment solutions in a scalable manner.
Following college, Mark started his investment career in equity research before moving to the investment management side of the business where he worked in trading and research before transitioning to a portfolio management role. Mark has over 20 years of investment experience and 16 years of discretionary portfolio management experience. Prior to partnering with RevolutionX Asset Management, Mark oversaw over $1 billion in high-net-worth client portfolios comprised of individual equities, fixed income securities, exchanged traded funds and mutual funds.
Mark is a holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, receiving his charter in 2005. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charter is a designation given to those who have completed the CFA® Program and completed acceptable work experience requirements. The CFA® Program is a three-part exam that tests the fundamentals of investment tools, valuing assets, portfolio management, and wealth planning. The CFA® designation is the most prestigious designation in both Finance and Investment Industry(s) as there are only approximately 175,000 charterholders worldwide.
Mark and his wife, Heather, have two children. When not in the office, Mark enjoys an occasional game of golf, spending time with his family and pursuing volunteer activities. Mark is currently the president of his homeowner’s association, former board member for his church and past board chair of his church Preschool.
In addition to financial planning, Ben focuses a portion of his time on tax accounting and consulting for small business owners. During 2014, Ben joined his grandfather’s accounting practice, now known as Dorey & Bateman Business Solutions LLC. Since then, Ben has spent his time assisting local business owners with tax planning, tax return preparation, business management consultation, and business efficiency improvement. His background in this complex field adds a differentiating edge to the knowledge base that our team offers to clients.
Ben grew up and continues to reside in Lewes, Delaware. Ben enjoys his summer weekends on the beach and the golf course. During the winter months you can find him hunting or skiing in Vermont, Utah, or Colorado. If you stop by the office in Rehoboth Beach, you will most likely meet Ben’s yellow lab retriever, Oakley.
